Yang's PhD
A single click to submit her thesis this morning marked the end of her 4 year struggles to complete her PhD write up. I've seen how she rode through waves after waves of obstacle during her writings and findings, all alone infront of this PC and how hard she'd worked to achieve her goals. We'd gone through so many up and downs during those year. We'd moved from the tiny Paddington flat to Campion Court and now Abbeyfields. How it has shaped us to who we are now. I still remember our first day in London, all alone at Paddington station after an hour trip from Heathrow in a freezing winter. With our 3 big luggages we combed through the local newspaper for flats but ended up with a cut throat cut flat agent who charged us £80 for their service fee to help us to look for flat??? Yeah, those days... spend days looking for a job, then job interviews, one even came down from Reading and wanted to conduct the interview here until Richard called me.. hahahaLOL.. that's how I'm ended here.. What an experience.. Well, she still not out of the woods yet. She needs to go through her viva.. I always pray for your success sayang!!
