New definition new knowledge..

Lately, I learned a new definition for a team, team member I mean. Yupp, first we won't discuss anything until we presented our design to everyone especially those designs that may have impact on our work. Probably, to keep the team members busy doing updates rather than completing the project. Second, heavily promote the word "team" but in reality, we don't need to practice it and it's only for a showcase. How's that ? Well simple, hold a short waste of time discussion with "the team" then make some conclusions to ensure a positive feedback from the team but twist the conclusions in front of the boss. Why ? see the third definition. Third, keep making unwise decisions to impress the boss knowing fully well others concern on the quality rather than the quantity. Fourth, providing reasons in the design is the least concern and shall also remain elusive toward others.
