Salzburg City - The Sound of Music!

My hubby is a big fan of the Sound of Music movie. He told me few years back about his dream of visiting the city where the Sound of Music was made. Therefore I forced myself to research about places related to the Sound of Music around Salzburg. You can read some details about the background of the Von Trapp family - Maria von Trapp and Georg von Trapp. There is the Sound of Music tour offered by companies such as Panorama Tours. You can find lotsa information including some old photos of the movie scenes in the website. Since we really don't like a guided tour so we opt to discover ourselve some of the places around Salzburg.
