Foggy London: Can we make it to Egypt?
It has been a dreadful week for travellers attempted to get out from London
by plane either for Christmas holiday or vacation. Many have stranded at Heathrow and other London's airports for more than 24 hours waiting for their flights. More than 200++ flights were cancelled/rescheduled in the last 2 days. Well, this is the side of the powerful earth elements, the weather. It makes us realize whatever we do, we should always think the effects of our actions towards the environment. Our pics were taken today around 3pm. It was predicted in the news that the fog will be cleared in the next few days. This weather uncertainty makes us wonder if we can make it to Egypt this Sunday.
Today weather seems unchange since yesterday, or a day before.
Everything has been planned, and we have made a booking to stay at the Dewan Malaysia Abassiah, Cairo. We also plan to visit Alexandria by train. Hmm Bi seems so anxious and excited about our trip. Well, one of his dream finally comes true. Before this, our pyramid travelling experience is only through national geographic series/magazines or books. As for me, I can't wait to experience the different holiday environment, and am really eager to learn about the Egyptian culture, language, their foods etc. We will also stop by at Prague for a couple of hours. On the way back, we'll try to make a visit to Prague city, and squeeze the experience withink the 6 hours
transit before our flight to London. Again, we pray all will be alright and we'll be in Cairo on this Monday at 2am.
