Who is Tintin?

Do you remember the above cartoon characters? Yupp Tintin comic books . We discovered these cartoon murals on our way to find the Palais de Justice during our short visit to Brussels last year. Tintin was inspired by Herge,a famous Belgian comics writer. So if you travel to Brussels, don't forget to look for many of these cartoon murals around the city.
